I am an educational inclusion manager who develops various activities and strategies for planning, providing care, guidance, and support to people with disabilities. I have 17 years of work experience at various levels and fields of education, 12 of which are in the university setting. I have led work teams and participated in various projects to improve student care to promote satisfactory experiences. I hold a Master's degree in Inclusive and Intercultural Education (UNIR-Mexico) and a Master's degree in Educational Management. I specialize in innovation, planning, and policies in inclusive and intercultural education; Fundamentals of Cooperative Learning; Soft Skills and Management Skills; and Pedagogical Management. I have knowledge and experience in universal accessibility, disability and inclusion, intercultural and educational mediation, and language and inclusive communication. During my years of experience, I have led courses, training sessions, and workshops for students, parents, administrators, teachers, and the community with and without disabilities.
