Personal profile

A ninth-semester Architecture student at Universidad Continental, I have experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and developing technical documentation for urban and infrastructure projects. I am proficient in digital tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software, allowing me to approach projects holistically, from conception to visual representation. I have participated in the design of mixed-use, multi-family housing projects, developing architectural plans and 3D visualizations, prioritizing functionality, space optimization, and design quality. I also have experience in road and cadastral projects, where I conducted surveys, validated and processed georeferenced data, and prepared technical reports to support decision-making. My background is further enhanced by strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a solid capacity for analysis and problem-solving. My academic projects have been selected for university exhibitions and competitions, reflecting my commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Currently, I focus my development on the research and application of sustainable construction solutions, such as the Smart Brick project, aimed at optimizing the efficiency, sustainability and impact of contemporary architecture.
