Personal profile
Personal profile
I am a Doctor of Law, a university professor, and a researcher with over eight years of academic experience at Universidad Continental. My professional career has focused on the development of legal research, university education, and participation in interdisciplinary academic projects.
My main lines of research center on legal research methodology, the analysis of the justice system, and contemporary legal challenges, with a particular interest in the links between law, bioethics, and scientific advancements. In this area, I have published a work on genetic law and the legal status of the embryo in the Journal of Law and Genome, contributing to the legal debate on the normative implications of biotechnology.
I have also developed research projects funded by internal university funds as well as external sources, which has strengthened my experience in generating and managing legal research. In my teaching, I seek to promote critical thinking, methodological rigor, and a research culture in the training of future legal professionals.
