PhD in Science, Technology and the Environment, awarded a scholarship by CONCYTEC and the World Bank at the National University of the Altiplano in Puno; Magister in Agribusiness Administration from ESAN Graduate School of Business, with a high specialization in Agro-exports, Agribusiness and Rural Development; Master in Investment Projects and agronomist engineer from the Catholic University of Santa María. General Manager of the company Agroindustrial Doña Inés SA specialized in the production of vegetables, fruit and forestry for agro-industry and agro-export with more than 15 years of professional experience. Since recent years dedicated to the university chair, counseling in undergraduate and postgraduate theses and scientific research with publications in international journals.
