I have a PhD in Administration from UNSAAC, with more than 20 years of experience in business administration, higher education and innovation. I have held high-responsibility roles as a manager and director, leading strategic projects and operations with a focus on strategy creation, human talent management and the formation of competitive teams. My experience covers areas such as trade, innovation, operations, negotiations and international relations. As a university professor, I promote debate, assist students in their professional development and collaborate in tutoring and counseling services.
