He holds a degree in Political Science and Government from the Catholic University of Santa María and is a candidate for a Master's degree in Scientific Research and Publication from Continental University. He has begun studies in Big Data and Data Science at Tecsup. He has published articles in international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He also serves as an external reviewer for Sage Open and the journal Saber Servir. His research interests include social issues, youth, public administration, and data science applied to social research.
