Jorge Luis Fierro Marcelo is a psychologist with professional experience in clinical, community, educational, forensic, and university settings. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Social Policy with a specialization in Gender from the National University of Central Peru, and is a doctoral candidate in Psychology at San Martín de Porres University. He is also pursuing a second specialization in Legal and Forensic Psychology. His additional training includes diplomas in community mental health, forensic and criminal psychology, psychological intervention from a systemic family approach, and university teaching, as well as specialized courses in forensic psychometrics, one-way interviews in a Gesell Chamber, forensic psychological evaluation in cases of domestic violence, research methodology, and scientific writing. Throughout his career, he has worked in public and private institutions such as the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Health, educational institutions, and the occupational sector, providing psychological evaluation, guidance, counseling, crisis intervention, psychological support, report writing, and collaborative work with communities and institutions. She also has experience in human talent management and university teaching, having worked as a teacher and manager in various universities, in areas such as psychopathology, general psychology, child and adolescent psychotherapy, community social psychology and community prevention and intervention programs.
