Lawyer from the Catholic University of Santa María de Arequipa, Master in Fundamental Rights from the Carlos III University of Madrid, and Master in Human Rights from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. PhD in Social Sciences from the National University of San Agustín. Collaborator of UNICEF (Comité of Madrid) and professional visitor of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. She has carried out specialization studies in International Humanitarian Law at Harvard University (USA) and in Public Management and Public Policies at the PUCP. She has worked as a senior lawyer at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Specialized Supranational Public Prosecutor's Office) and at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (Office of Cooperation and International Affairs). Fellow of the Institut de Droits de l´homme René Cassín (France) and of the United Nations (UNITAR). She is a professor at the Academy of the Judiciary of Peru, and works at the Continental University. She is a member of the Peruvian Association of Constitutional Law. She has been President of the Association of Participants of the Inter American Moot Court Competition–Washington-USA in the 2018-2019 period (https://www.wcl.american.edu/hracademy/mcourt/participants.es.cfm), and is a founding member of the Latin American Network for the Study and Research of Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs, presiding over the Peru Chapter (https://jornadasddhhydih.wixsite.com/termas2018/disertantes).
