A research professor recognized by the National Registry of Science, Technology, and Technological Innovation (RENACYT). Her academic training was completed entirely at the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM), where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Language and Literature, a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Educational Management, and a Doctorate in Education and University Teaching. She also holds a specialization in Research Projects and Advising of Scientific Research Papers (theses) from Continental University. She has extensive experience in higher education, combining teaching, academic management, and research. She has served in coordinating roles in faculty management, leading processes of pedagogical support, feedback, and performance evaluation of faculty, all geared toward continuous improvement and ensuring educational quality.
