James Wilfredo Huaman Gora, Mg

James Wilfredo Huamán Gora holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration, a Master's degree in Educational Research and Technology, and a Doctorate in Educational Sciences. He has over twenty-five years of experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels at the Universidad Peruana Los Andes, Universidad Alas Peruanas, and Universidad Continental. He has participated as a teacher trainer and pedagogical advisor at the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, Universidad Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. He is an external evaluator certified by SINEACE. His academic work focuses on applied educational research and organizational management, with an emphasis on critical thinking, soft skills, organizational culture, formative assessment, and educational quality. He has advised numerous undergraduate and graduate theses in the areas of education, public administration, and human resources, contributing to the training of researchers in the central region of Peru.
