My name is Giancarlo Villalva. I am a psychologist and trainer with over 15 years of experience leading programs focused on personal development and leadership. I have a solid background in various areas, having completed a Master's degree in Higher Education and a specialization in Research Projects from Universidad Continental. I am a certified Ontological Coach through The Newfield Network (Peru and Colombia). I hold a Certificate in Executive Studies in Leadership, Strategy, and Management from Centrum PUCP. I also have a specialization in Organizational Psychology and Talent Management from Universidad Continental. I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Teaching, also from Universidad Continental, and a Diploma in Competency-Based Human Resources from the same university. My training as a psychotherapist was completed through specializations in the International Diploma in Logotherapy and Meaning of Life from the Peruvian Institute of Logotherapy. Throughout these years, I have worked as a facilitator in various workshops, conferences, and training programs. Currently, I teach at the university level, offering courses aimed at training future psychology professionals. I am also the instructor for the Leadership and Innovation Lab course, offered online nationwide at Universidad Continental.
