Gabriela Fernanda Pinares Payne is a lawyer, university professor, and researcher in the fields of Constitutional Law and Environmental Law. She earned her Master's degree in Constitutional Law and her Doctorate in Law from the Andean University of Cusco, establishing an academic career focused on the analysis of fundamental rights, constitutional theory, and critical legal education. Her doctoral research, centered on liberty as a fundamental right in the twelve constitutions of Peru, reflects her particular interest in the historical and dogmatic development of Peruvian constitutionalism. Professionally, she has been a part-time and full-time lecturer at Continental University, teaching courses in Constitutional Law, Real Property Law, Contract Law, Philosophy of Law, and Civil Procedure, promoting active learning methodologies, critical thinking, and applied legal analysis. She has also participated as a speaker at national and international academic events, strengthening legal dialogue and democratic reflection. His academic output includes publications and contributions on fundamental rights, freedom and environmental responsibility, as well as educational innovation and university extension initiatives aimed at the ethical, civic and constitutional training of students.
