"I am Francis Fidel Tinoco Villa, a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Secondary Education with a minor in English and Spanish. I also hold a Master's degree in Administration with a minor in Business Management. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in areas such as logistics and control, staff supervision and training, education, and administrative management.
Currently, I work as a Logistics and Control Supervisor at QHATUMA S.A.C., where I manage databases, inventory control (Kardex, Picking and Packing), and coordinate security and asset supervision. Previously, I have worked as an English teacher at the elementary and pre-university levels, contributing to the academic development of my students, and as an administrative assistant at various institutions, managing databases, academic documents, and educational projects.
I am certified in Digital Marketing, Digital Skills, and Warehouse Management, and have intermediate knowledge of technological tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Arena. I have an advanced level of English, a valid driver's license, and a strong focus on achievement, leadership, and teamwork.
