Personal profile

Doctor of Science in Biodiversity and Conservation, focused on ecological studies with tree species of the cloud forest. The main lines of research are dendrochronology, dendroecology, wood anatomy, biodiversity and conservation. I have made three postdoctoral stays, two at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a postdoctoral stay at the Continental University, in the Dendrochronology Laboratory. I have carried out research stays in Spain. I have carried out studies regarding how the climate has directly influenced relict-endemic species in both Mexico and Peru and how these species are adapting to these climatic variations.
