Electrical Engineer from the National University of Callao and Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer from the Alas Peruanas University, with specialization in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency at the CEER. Member of the Technical Subcommittees for Standardization of Solar Photovoltaic and Lighting Systems dependent on the standardization direction of INACAL. Professional experience in different fields of the industry; in the specification of electrical equipment, project scopes, electrical distribution systems, electrical and electronic power systems, grounding and lighting systems, medium voltage substations, etc. University professor at several universities in the schools of mechatronic, electronic, electrical, bioengineering, industrial engineering, etc.
