I am an electronics engineer with a strong academic background and extensive experience in teaching, academic management, and industrial automation. I currently serve as the Director of the Electrical Engineering Program at the Arequipa branch of Universidad Continental, where I lead academic management, supervise teaching teams, and promote continuous improvement in educational quality. I hold a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering, specializing in automation and instrumentation, and I am a PhD candidate in Mechatronics Engineering.
