I am an electronics engineer with a strong academic background and extensive experience in teaching, academic management, and industrial automation. I currently serve as the Director of the Electrical Engineering Program at the Arequipa branch of Universidad Continental, where I lead academic management, supervise teaching teams, and promote continuous improvement in educational quality.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering, specializing in automation and instrumentation, and I am a PhD candidate in Mechatronics Engineering. I have a proven track record as a university professor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching courses in automation, distributed control systems, industrial networks, SCADA supervisory systems, process control, electrical machines, and instrumentation. I have also participated in academic accreditation processes using international standards. Furthermore, I am a member of the IEEE, which underscores my connection to the international scientific and technological community.
Professionally, I have experience in the industrial sector, participating in energy efficiency projects and control systems applied to industrial processes. I hold certifications in control systems, artificial intelligence, and project management. My main areas of interest include control strategies, Industry 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, digital twins geared towards technological innovation and strengthening engineering education.
