Personal profile
Graduated from the School of Literature and Linguistics of the National University of San Agustín, in 1992, at the age of 24, I began my professional work. The Institution where I had that privilege is of a higher level; Arequipa Public Pedagogical Higher Education School that trains professional teachers. From that moment the basis of my work is oriented towards an axiology oriented towards respect for the rights of students. Later I started working at the Alas Peruanas University and the TECSUP Institute, where my perspective changed, assuming a job linked not only to Communication, but also to research. I have worked for MINEDU programs as a teacher trainer in different cities of the country, which allowed me to have a real view of the educational situation in rural areas. The motivation from that moment was oriented to investigate the causes, consequences and perspectives of our education and contrast them with the educational policies in this regard.
Later I started working at the National University of San Agustín and the Continental University based in Arequipa, where the research panorama is consolidated because I not only publish texts of my specialty, but also collaborate in research carried out with students from these superior houses. of studies, seeking to provide solutions to current educational problems.
Finally, finishing my doctoral studies in education encourages me to continue exploring the fields of research, now social and committed to my country.
