Member of the Advisory Council of the Commission of Constitution and Regulation of the Congress of the Republic of Peru. Specialist in electoral matters by the National Elections Jury and with studies in the programs, workshops and courses of the Congress of the Republic of Peru. He has taken courses at the Complutense University of Madrid (Complutense Latin American School) and at the Organization of American States - OAS. Professor in the specialties of Constitutional Law, Constitutional Procedural Law and Human Rights at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and the Universidad Continental.
