Author of scientific publications indexed in high-impact journals (Q1 and Q3). His research focuses on strategic communication, country image, tourism communication, agenda-setting, framing, and digital narratives. He has 17 years of professional experience in the management and international promotion of Peru's image at the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (PROMPERÚ). He holds a PhD in Government and Public Policy from the University of San Martín de Porres and a Master's degree in Communications from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
