PhD candidate in Environmental Economics at Wageningen University (Netherlands). Doctoral studies in Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Master's degree in Economics from the National University of La Plata. Master's degree in Social Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Economist from the National University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco. Researcher with interests in the following areas: behavioral economics, environment, economic development, and applied econometrics. He has published books, book chapters, and articles in indexed journals. Professional experience as a consultant for the World Bank, the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, the Consortium for Economic and Social Research, the United Nations Development Programme, the Dispurse Foundation, the McKnight Foundation, the French Research Institute for Development (IRD), and the Inter-American Development Bank. Teaching experience at the National University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco, Continental University, and the University of the North in Barranquilla.
