Carlos Augusto Mezarina Aguirre, PhD

I am an academic manager who has worked in both the public and private education sectors for over 31 years, across various fields and levels of management. This experience has provided me with diverse learning experiences, allowing me to gain a holistic view of the processes involved in education. For the past 18 years, I have focused on university management in its various areas. I hold a PhD in Educational Sciences, a Master's degree in Educational Technology, a Master's degree in Education, and a Master's degree in Educational Innovation, as well as specializations in virtual environments, innovation design and development, and curriculum management, among others, developed at universities in Peru and abroad.
