I am an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Continental, with a multidisciplinary background that integrates business management, scientific research, and teaching. Currently, I hold a solid international postgraduate degree, including a Master's in Science, Technology, and Innovation Management and Policy from the Higher School of Economics (Russia) (currently undergoing accreditation) and a Master's in Administration and Sustainability from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Brazil). I obtained this opportunity by winning the Open Doors Russian Project scholarship and being a recipient of the Bicentennial Generation scholarship (PRONABEC). As a certified Peruvian Researcher (Code: P0428194), I have actively contributed to scientific production with publications in indexed journals in the areas of innovation, civil engineering, sustainability, and technology. Professionally, I have over three years of experience managing small and medium-sized enterprises, where I have led logistics and administration departments, successfully optimizing profit margins and preventive maintenance programs. I also have a distinguished track record in teaching English at institutions such as ICPNA and SENATI. I am fluent in four languages: Spanish, English (C2), Russian (B2), and Portuguese (B2), and I possess technical skills in Python, NumPy, and generative artificial intelligence.
