A lawyer from the San Pablo Catholic University of Arequipa, I hold a master's degree in registry and notarial law and a recent doctorate in law. As a professional, I have worked in various registry offices (Sunarp) in Arequipa, Ayacucho, and Quillabamba. I am also accredited by the SBN as a specialist in state property management. I currently work as a sanitation specialist in the patrimonial assets control office of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco. I am also the founder of the Bertolt Ocros & Associates law firm, where I provide advice on various legal matters focused on civil, registry, constitutional, and criminal law. I also served as legal advisor to Basic Operational Unit 118 - Urubamba (Fire Company). I also teach at the Universidad Continental with passion and dedication. Finally, I must mention that I am the co-author of two books published by Sunarp and regularly participate as a speaker at various academic events on registry law.
