I am an Electronic Engineer by profession with a double master's degree in Research and University Teaching from the Catholic University of Trujillo Benedicto XVI and in Automation and Instrumentation from the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa. I have a Doctorate in Science with a mention in Production Engineering from the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa. I completed training programs and specialization courses in Power Electronics at SENA in Colombia; Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Networks and Industrial Communication Protocols by the Deustsche Stiftung Fur Internationale Entwicklung (DSE) in Germany and Emerson Process Management in the United States. I developed workshops and advanced courses in Learning Methodologies, Educational Quality Management and Accreditation in Higher Education in Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and the United States. I am a senior member of the IEEE and currently serve as Academic Director of the Universidad Continental in Arequipa. I have developed Social Responsibility Programs in Training for Communities in the areas of influence of Private Companies. I have conducted programs for Strengthening and Certification of Labor Competencies with State Agencies. I have implemented Educational Quality Management and Assurance Systems. I have conducted licensing, evaluation and accreditation processes for Engineering and Engineering Technology Programs, having successfully achieved the licensing and accreditation of programs with MINEDU, SINEACE, ICACIT, ABET and ASIIN.
