He holds a Master's degree in Urban and Territorial Development: Management and Transformation of Cities in Developing Countries from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia; a Master's degree in Land Policies and Sustainable Urban Development from the UNED (National University of Madrid) in Spain (UNED & LILP Chair, USA); a Master's degree in Land Use Planning and Urban Planning Law from the International University of La Rioja, Spain; a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Audits from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, Lima; a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University, Lima; and a Master's degree in Architecture, with a major in Urban Planning, from the Alas Peruanas University, Lima.
