Anghely Mabel Ponce Calderón, PhD

PhD in Accounting Sciences, Master's in Accounting with a specialization in Comprehensive Auditing, Certified Public Accountant, and Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. I have over 23 years of professional experience in accounting, academia, and business, excelling in areas such as financial accounting, financial statement analysis, corporate tax auditing, managerial accounting, cost and budget management, tax law, and management leadership. My teaching career has spanned higher education institutions such as Continental University, the Technological University of Peru, and SENATI, where I promote active learning through innovative methodologies such as problem-based learning (PBL), challenge-based learning (CBL), gamification (GML), and collaborative methodologies. I also have training in design thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership, social media, effective and assertive communication, and digital tools applied to teaching. I have also worked in the corporate world as a head office manager, sales manager, and administrative manager at virtual product distribution companies with national coverage; and in financial institutions such as Mibanco, Caja Municipal Maynas, and Cooperativa San Francisco as an employee and operations manager, leading teams and managing strategic operations. I have advanced technological skills in office automation and Microsoft Office Professional, and I have knowledge of Portuguese, Italian, and advanced basic English.
