I am a lawyer and university professor with experience in the public, private, and academic sectors, specializing in Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Public Management, and Research Methodology. I hold a degree from the Andean University of Cusco, a Master's degree in Human Rights from the Regional University of the Northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and a Master's degree in Administration with a specialization in Public Management and Business Development. I also hold a PhD in Law from UNSAAC. I am currently a PhD candidate in Regional Development at UNIJUÍ (Brazil), where I hold a scholarship. I have held positions of trust such as General Secretary and Head of the Citizen Service and Document Management Office at the District Municipality of Ccatcca and the Provincial Municipality of Quispicanchi, and as Legal Advisor at the Municipalities of Pampamarca and Caicay, performing functions related to administrative management, legal advice, access to information, and administrative procedures. I also work as an associate attorney at CRC Selegal – Lawyers and Consultants. In the academic field, I am a full-time professor at Continental University, teaching courses in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Personal Law, Contracts, and others. In addition to advising theses, I have also served as a research dissertation reviewer, am a professor in charge of the "Ser Legal" Research Seminar, and have received recognition for pedagogical innovation two consecutive years. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Quechua at an advanced level. My profile is characterized by the integration of legal practice with research and social commitment, focused on the defense of fundamental rights and institutional strengthening.
