Personal profile
He graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the National University of San Agustín in Arequipa in 2009. He holds Master's and Doctoral degrees (M.Sc. and Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Telecommunications Systems, awarded by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, Brazil). He currently works at UNSA and UC in the Electronic and Electrical Engineering programs. Throughout his career, he has published articles in various national and international journals and conferences. His research areas focus on satellite communications, emerging technologies, cognitive radio, IoT, telecommunications theory, digital signal processing, and communications systems planning.
